If you have a mobile device, including iPhone, iPad, iPod, Macbook, and/or Samsung phone or tablet, and can’t manage to make your way in to our Phoenix repair shop, please take advantage of our Ship-to-Repair program! This allows customers to mail-in their damaged device to us for inspection by one of our experienced technicians to determine where the problem lies. Once we’ve fully diagnosed your device’s issue(s), we will notify you of the repair costs and expected time of completion before continuing on to make the repairs. Once done, we’ll carefully package up your device and mail it right back to you!

4-step Ship-to-Repair Process:

STEP 1:   Call to Make Sure We Can Repair Your Device
Please do not send in your device without first contacting a staff member about your issue. We don’t want to waste your time or the money it takes to send us your device if we cannot fix it. STEP 2:   Ship Your Mobile Device to Our Store
Once you spoken to a repair expert and he has stated we can in fact fix your broken device, please send it to our Phoenix store (mailing address below).

Before sending in your device, please remember to:

  1. Remove your SIM card (in applicable phones)
  2. Back up your device with iCloud, iTunes, or similar service
  3. Remove any passcodes for accessing the device
  4. Include a piece of paper with your name, phone number & email address

Please do not include the charger or any other accessories with your package.

We recommend that you ship your device via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or another direct-to-the-door delivery service to make sure your package is signed for upon arrival.

STEP 3:   We Conduct the Necessary Repair Work
When we receive your device, one of our technicians will conduct a diagnostic examination to determine the extent of the damage and the cost to have it repaired. Outside of our business location, we process credit card payments via PayPal and begin the necessary repairs upon receiving confirmation of the transaction.
STEP 4:   We Ship Your Repaired Device Back to You
When we’ve made the repairs, we fully test your device to ensure it functions correctly before we carefully pack it up and send it back to you (at our expense).
