4-step Ship-to-Repair Process:
Please do not send in your device without first contacting a staff member about your issue. We don’t want to waste your time or the money it takes to send us your device if we cannot fix it. Once you spoken to a repair expert and he has stated we can in fact fix your broken device, please send it to our Phoenix store (mailing address below).

Before sending in your device, please remember to:
- Remove your SIM card (in applicable phones)
- Back up your device with iCloud, iTunes, or similar service
- Remove any passcodes for accessing the device
- Include a piece of paper with your name, phone number & email address
Please do not include the charger or any other accessories with your package.
We recommend that you ship your device via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or another direct-to-the-door delivery service to make sure your package is signed for upon arrival.
When we receive your device, one of our technicians will conduct a diagnostic examination to determine the extent of the damage and the cost to have it repaired. Outside of our business location, we process credit card payments via PayPal and begin the necessary repairs upon receiving confirmation of the transaction.
When we’ve made the repairs, we fully test your device to ensure it functions correctly before we carefully pack it up and send it back to you (at our expense).
